Tap into Your Business’s Full Potential

The number one most important thing a business or company that sells a product or service can do to boost their fame or, in some cases, infamy is to have a heavy social media presence.

At Flyline Search Marketing, this is our operating philosophy and mantra for helping our clients succeed.

If you want your business to survive in the tech age, you absolutely must have a social media presence.

You need a company Facebook page, Twitter account, Tumblr presence, Pinterest Board and YouTube channel.

That’s Not all Though
Recent polls and studies have shown that the majority of businesses have switched over and now have a growing social media presence. For those that do not have one yet, they are not effectively targeting or reaching their intended audience let alone engaging with them.

However, in many cases, it is very clear that these businesses need to make a change or they will be left behind. It does not mean, though, that you have to have a presence on every social media channel in order to make a huge difference.

Yet, with that said, you also cannot go in thinking ‘if we build it, they will come’ because no one will come if you do that.

Social Media Works
However, no one said it would be easy to just put together an effective social media marketing strategy. In many cases, companies find that they do not have as much of the desired impact that they want or feel they should have with the social media strategy they have developed.

This may be because they aren’t putting enough effort into it or putting the effort into all the wrong outlets. Think of social media like going on a date; you need to be engaging. Talk to your fans and customers. Make it interesting for them by providing tips, showing them tricks, and keeping things relevant.

While your point is to show them the products and services you offer, you do not want to make them feel as though it is simply a sales pitch.

Let Others Carry the Burden
At Flyline Search Marketing, we specialize in all things social media. We live and breathe social media marketing and Internet marketing.

It’s not just our job, but it is also our passion. We take that desire along with years of experience and pioneering social media advertising to implement the perfect formula for boosting your business.

You have worked hard on building your business up, so now let us help you.

At Flyline Search Marketing, we won’t just boost your company’s business, but we will also tap into its full marketing potential and put you a step ahead of the competition.

Communication: Sharing Our Concerns

Recent statistics have shown a very high leap in the mobile internet usage from devices, such as smart phones, tablets, and even laptops equipped with Verizon or AT&T data usage plans. These statistics don’t really come as a giant shocker to us though.

In recent years, the use of smart phones and tablets by the general population has increased greatly and it is safe to say that their usage will continue to grow.

The rapid growth and ongoing developments in mobile Internet have come as no surprise to us, but it would seem that it has to other companies and that is our biggest concern.

At Flyline Search Marketing, we have carefully monitored Google’s algorithm changes and updates to their mobile Internet applications so as to help keep us on top of our game.

Doing this has, for one, allowed us to keep our customers businesses flowing with customers, phone calls and orders just the way they should be.

Also, by actively staying ahead of the game, we have also been able to better cost effectively implement much needed changes to our procedures for search marketing.

The Hard Truth
Many other companies have not done what we do; of course, there are some who stayed ahead of the game like us over at Flyline Search Marketing.

However, through a recently released statistics article over at Search Engine Watch, it would seem that many companies have done little to stay ahead of the game and that their mistake in falling behind will be costly to make right and in all probability affect their customer service bills.

Another part of this article that greatly disturbed us was that most of these companies seemed to be most concerned about the money. Not that they had fallen behind and that mistake would not only cost their consumers more, but also negatively affect their business website traffic.

This is a grave concern to us because it is just not right. We urge anyone who might be or become victim to these mistakes to seek out another search marketing company as soon as possible.

At Flyline Search Marketing, we do our best to keep with all the latest trends and changes in the online world. We find that by doing this we can keep our customers businesses booming and our prices modest.

Please feel free to check us out and contact us with any questions you might have about developing a successful Internet Marketing program for the mobile channel.

Call Tracking and Recording: Why Every Business Should Have It

Do you run a service company or sell a product of any kind? While these businesses can be very different, one thing about them at their cores is the same. You both receive calls from potential and existing clients.

People want to know when their plumber is going to get there or why the fan they bought from you stopped working after a thunder storm.

For reasons such as these, companies, big and small, often have more than one phone operator.

A large company could have an entire department dedicated to phone operators and, at a small business, well everyone in the office could end up on the phone at any given time.

Call Tracking and Recording
What are they, what do they do, and why should you have them? These questions and more are about to be answered in this week’s blog. We will start with call tracking, which is typically software that gathers information on calls for marketing purposes.

Essentially, when you or an employee receives a phone call to one or more of your specific ‘customer lines’ (the line or lines you advertise to your customers on billboards, websites, and commercials), the call tracking software will gather a plethora of information from the caller’s area to their call back info.

It is typically used to help better develop market strategy by professionals, such as us at Flyline Search Marketing®.

Then we have call recording, which serves a different but essential purpose. With call recording all incoming calls on the ‘customer lines’ are recorded and can then be used for a variety of procedures.

These include, but are not limited, to employee evaluation, new hires training, further review and, of course, in the event of a lawsuit it really can pay off to have a recorded conversation.

With features as important as these, at Flyline, we highly recommend the use of these programs to further benefit your company.

Look No Further
If your business is in need of such services, then look no further than Flyline Search Marketing®. Not only are we highly regarded in the marketing business, but we also offer fair prices and enjoy treating our clients like people.

With our call tracking and recording services we can bring you the best business and help you to succeed; there is, however, one requirement to this service. Call tracking and recording are only available to customers currently using our highly effective Google AdWords program. If you are not, this may be a good time to consider it!

Remarketing Simplified: You Reeled Them in Once, Now You’ve Got to Hook Them

We have talked about remarketing before, but for those of you that don’t know what it is, here is a quick explanation. Remarketing campaigns are designed through use of Google AdWords to essentially follow anyone who visits your site and leaves without purchase.

Think of it like this: you sell the latest in animal fitness gear -- stuff like doggy treadmills. Someone clearly interested in getting their fat pooch in its best shape visits your site, but because they have never used you before, they leave.

This happens often, in fact 98% of new customers leave, and that is a lot of money that should be in your business pocket.
With remarketing, the story doesn’t end with them leaving because through clever keywords and the awesome power of Google AdWords, the next site they visit and the one after that is going to be advertising your site.

This almost doubles the chance of them coming back to make a purchase and, for obvious reasons, it can really boost your business. Now that you have a better idea of how the remarketing campaign works, let’s talk about how it can help you.

Boosting Your Business
At Flyline Search Marketing®, we push social media. After all, in this tech age, it is almost a must for a company’s online presence to survive. We believe though, that for best results, multiple advertising campaigns are the way to go.

Because no matter how strong your social media presence is, if people don’t have any idea about who you are, it really won’t help. Remarketing won’t exactly tell them ‘who you are’ but when they ended up on your site and left without purchase, they will begin to see your brand pop up on other websites in the Google Display Network, allowing your business to reconnect with them.

Remarketing can be used with other search engines as well though we do find Google with their AdWords program to be the most effective. This is one of the reasons we recommend it so often and why we only offer our call recording and tracking services with clients that have the Google Ad words service.

Because the Google AdWords program really is the very best for a strategic market campaign. At Flyline Search Marketing®, we don’t just believe remarketing with Google AdWords will help increase your site’s traffic and sales -- we know it will.
